Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus


Three ingredients:

Asparagus
Cream Cheese
Prosciutto

Super simple instructions!

Blanch the asparagus (boil them in a shallow pan for a couple minutes), until just tender
Let them cool
Pat off the moisture with paper towels
Spread cream cheese on the slices of prosciutto
Wrap the prosciutto around the asparagus, place on foil lined cookie sheet
Broil until the prosciutto starts to crisp (Just a few minutes! Make sure to watch them!)
Try not to eat them all before your guests arrive!
